Since starting in the year 2000, we have been catering for children and youth from Turramurra and neighbouring suburbs for almost 19 years!
We run 3 programs for kids and youth in Kindergarten to Year 8 to help connect with them with Jesus and explore the good news of the Gospel.
Our programs are:
- Kindergarten to Year 2 runs at Turramurra High School
during the day.
- Year 3 to Year 5 runs at Turramurra High School during the day.
- Our NIGHTLIFE program (Years 6-8) is run at night at Turramurra High School.
We also have a free café and children's play area during the day.
We rely on a team of committed and well trained volunteers to provide an exciting school holiday experience as children and young people enjoy craft, games, sport, and a range of other activities.
The focus of each day is Tent Time, which provides an opportunity to explore the message of God’s love in Jesus Christ in a way that’s sensitive and appropriate to age and stage of life.
All The Green Tent South Turramurra staff and volunteers have met standards in working with children and safe ministry.
